Terms & Conditions

- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

- Sparks or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- Sparks reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at info@sparksperformingarts.co.uk.

- Sparks reserves the right to use any individual or group photographs or movie shots of your child for press or promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to appear on our social media platforms please email info@sparksperformingarts.co.uk.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

-You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

-You may cancel your child’s class/classes at any time and for any reason, however Sparks regrets that we are unable to provide a refund for a block of booked classes.

- If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, Sparks will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
